Job Summary
Collaborating with internal and external teams, the freelance Ads Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end operations for offsite ad campaigns, monitor performance, and recommend process improvements while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete campaign operations process across various digital marketing channels, including Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
- Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization, proactively identifying optimization opportunities
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches while troubleshooting any discrepancies
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, or data analytics
- Experience trafficking end-to-end digital media campaigns, including setup, QA, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions while balancing quantitative and empathetic insights
- Strong written communication skills for collaborating with sales teams and crafting post-mortem reports
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing campaign data is a plus
