A company is looking for a Performance & Growth Analyst (Monetization).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance marketing sub-accounts to drive traffic to sponsored campaigns while maintaining a $ROAS 2
• Build and deploy sophisticated donor audiences in Braze and ad platforms to optimize conversion rates
• Develop real-time dashboards for internal monitoring and professional post-campaign performance reports for charity sponsors

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level skills in Braze and Looker Studio
• Proven experience in Performance Marketing (Meta/Google Ads) and ROI/CPA modeling
• Proficiency in Heap Analytics or GA4
