Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of enterprise managed sellers, the full-time Ads Solutions Manager will oversee campaign execution, budget growth, and performance management in a remote environment, ensuring effective advertising outcomes through data-led optimization and strong seller relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including builds, optimizations, and performance corrections to enhance ROAS and revenue efficiency
  • Drive advertising spend growth by identifying budget expansion opportunities and maintaining strong budget pacing across the portfolio
  • Serve as the primary contact for sellers, leading performance discussions and providing data-backed insights and optimization plans
Required qualifications
  • 3-4+ years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, or e-commerce, with hands-on management of CPC and CPA campaigns
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns for complex or enterprise-level clients, including multi-format execution
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, and CTR
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and lead performance conversations independently
  • Bachelor's degree required
