Job Summary
Driving the strategic roadmap for technology systems, the full-time remote Adtech Operations Director will oversee the integration and optimization of advertising technology platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign execution and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the business lead for alignment on priorities and go-to-market timelines across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Translate operational requirements into scalable system frameworks and technical specifications through Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Champion the strategic vision for advertising technology systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and driving automation and integration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in digital advertising operations and technology platforms
- 5+ years of experience in managing multi-level, cross-functional teams
- Strong technical acumen in advertising operations and experience with system integrations and data quality management
- Proven success in building and scaling complex digital advertising systems through both in-house development and third-party partnerships
