Job Summary

A company is looking for Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and English as a Second Language Instructors - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs related to adult education and ESL content
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect the field of education
• Provide structured feedback to enhance AI understanding of workplace tasks and language

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in adult basic education, secondary education, or ESL
• Experience in adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
• Ability to prepare and conduct classes using various instructional techniques
• Experience in maintaining student records and providing guidance for further education
• Willingness to work asynchronously with leading AI labs
