Adult Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support multi-regional adult engagement initiatives, the part-time Multi-Regional Adult Engagement Specialist will coordinate action teams, manage donor communications, and oversee expedition logistics in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate adult engagement efforts across multiple regions, including establishing action teams and managing communications
• Organize and implement development initiatives, including donor engagement trips and major donor activities
• Track and manage regional expeditions, ensuring effective follow-up and goal-setting for fundraising efforts

Required qualifications

• BA degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Young Life and its mission
• Ability to provide spiritual leadership and manage operational aspects of a regional office
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting applications, with the ability to learn Young Life-specific tools
• Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information
