Adult Executive Functioning Coach

Job Summary

To support adult clients in developing effective systems for time management and productivity, the part-time Adult Executive Functioning Coach will provide virtual one-on-one coaching, utilizing established methodologies while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities:

• Coach adult clients 1-on-1 virtually using the established curriculum
• Guide clients in improving time management, organization, and goal setting
• Document client progress and maintain regular communication with the internal team

Required qualifications:

• Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a related field
• BA or BS degree required
• Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on adult learning
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (e.g., ADHD, anxiety)
• Must be available for at least 10 hours/week with flexible scheduling
