Adult Executive Functioning Coach
Job Summary
Seeking a compassionate and structured Adult Executive Functioning Coach for a part-time remote position, responsible for coaching adult clients in time management, organization, and productivity while utilizing The Ladder Method's curriculum and methodology.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach adult clients 1-on-1 virtually using The Ladder Method's curriculum
- Guide clients in improving time management, task initiation, planning, and organization
- Help clients establish and maintain systems that support their personal and professional goals
Required qualifications:
- Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a related field
- BA or BS required
- Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on adult learning
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, anxiety, etc.)
- Must be available for at least 10 hours/week with flexible scheduling
