Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Analyst, Quality & Blueprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses of customer experience drivers to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of quality initiatives
• Develop metrics and analytical artifacts to monitor customer experience health and provide insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis
• Strong expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
• Experience with causal inference techniques and A/B testing
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows
• Experience in marketplace, product analytics, or customer experience contexts preferred
