Advanced Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Application Analyst - Press Ganey & Corporate Application Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator and support contact for Press Ganey platforms, managing survey setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Provide Tier 1-2 support for SAP Concur Travel & Expense Management, ensuring compliance with policies and assisting with user setup and troubleshooting
• Offer functional and technical support for Procare or similar physician compensation applications, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting a variety of business applications in a corporate or healthcare environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Press Ganey system support experience is strongly preferred
