Advanced Application Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the enterprise change management and software development lifecycle, the full-time Advanced Application Specialist will provide testing, defect management, and application-level support, while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or onsite in Rosemont, IL.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the software development lifecycle process, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties
• Write and maintain system documentation, process maps, and test scripts, while designing application software configurations
• Provide Tier 2 application support, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring 24x7x365 availability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Nice Actimize and Lexis Nexis Bridger Knowledge
• 3 years of experience in scripting and SQL
• 3 years of experience with AML Compliance and system testing
• 2 years of experience in the banking industry
