Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the process and respond to their needs effectively
• Communicate with internal and external customers and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Document patient interactions and assist in achieving departmental goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative roles or related fields
• Two years of work-related experience for senior level positions
• Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
• Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
