Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist-Ventilator Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the process and respond to their needs effectively
• Communicate with patients and internal teams to ensure proper order processing and equipment recommendations
• Document interactions and identify trends to improve efficiency and support organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service roles
• Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year of exact job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
