Advanced Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist who will guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and respond to emails regarding patient needs
• Communicate with internal and external customers and make recommendations for equipment to improve care
• Document orders, verify delivery details, and troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service roles
• For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience is required
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
