Advanced Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve accounts receivable balances in a timely manner
• Make routine collection calls and document actions taken in the company software system
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
• 3 years or more of strong infusion collections experience required
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
• Must be able to work 8:30 AM to 5 PM
