Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to help build and scale manufacturing processes for dental products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3rd party integrators and internal teams to scale R&D solutions into production processes
• Drive process development to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
• Develop, validate, and document manufacturing process improvements including automation and equipment utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or R&D
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and process development
• General knowledge of plastics manufacturing and processing methods
• Demonstrated ability to drive the design and development of manufacturing equipment
