Advanced Math Contest Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Contest Math Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive discussions and guide students through lessons in real-time online sessions using a text-based platform
• Utilize pre-written lesson plans, with minimal preparation time required
• Teach classes primarily on Sundays from 7:20 - 9:30 pm ET

Required Qualifications

• A master's degree or higher in a relevant STEM field
• Experience teaching or tutoring middle school, high school, or university students, preferably advanced students
• Participation in or coaching for math competitions, such as the USAMO
• Experience with coaching in other subjects like USACO, USAPhO, and USNCO is preferred
• Must be 18 or older and available to teach on Sundays
