Advanced Metering Integration Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the deployment and integration of advanced metering infrastructure, the full-time Advanced Metering Integration Specialist will manage the integration of utility metering data into enterprise monitoring platforms, primarily focusing on Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert (PME), while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure advanced metering integrations based on project specifications and utility requirements
- Integrate metering devices and related systems into PME, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on metering architecture and provide customer training on data interpretation and PME tools
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience with utility metering and energy monitoring systems, specifically with Schneider Electric PME
- Hands-on experience in configuring PME components, including dashboards, reports, and alarms
- Strong understanding of meter communications protocols such as Modbus and BACnet
- Technical knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and metering hardware installation practices
- Certifications in Schneider Electric PME or related energy management systems preferred
