Advanced Nuclear Risk Manager

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management program, the full-time Advanced Nuclear Risk Manager will implement and manage risk processes, lead teams, and influence policy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of risk processes within the business unit or headquarters
• Lead functional teams or projects, presenting business solutions and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate information quality and develop creative solutions to complex problems impacting the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college
• High school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Enterprise and Operational Risk
• Ability to attract and retain talent within medium to large teams
• Demonstrated expertise in influencing policy and delivering results within a function
• Experience in leading programs or projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements
