Advanced Planning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Planning Specialist to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage departmental knowledge bases, ticketing platforms, and project management tools while identifying efficiency improvements
• Oversee content calendar, workflow, and distribution, and collaborate with internal partners on shared initiatives
• Provide operational support to the Advanced Planning team and manage communications for presentations and webinars

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in operations or project management; financial education or designations are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in managing software systems and operational support functions
• Strong experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and ability to learn new software quickly
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements independently
• Familiarity with financial services and financial planning concepts is beneficial
