Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiter to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for various placements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of APP candidates through various outreach methods
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer acceptance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or healthcare staffing
• Proven success in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like Doximity and LinkedIn
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
