Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, focusing on rural and underserved markets
• Proactively source and cold-call qualified candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates through consistent outreach and relationship management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in APP or clinical recruiting
• Proven success in filling roles in rural or underserved geographic markets
• Experience with cold outreach and converting passive candidates
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Doximity and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload
