Job Summary

Seeking a driven Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, focusing on sourcing candidates in rural and underserved markets through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for APP roles, emphasizing rural and underserved markets
• Proactively source and cold-call qualified candidates using various professional platforms
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive APP candidates through consistent outreach

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in APP or clinical recruiting
• Proven success in filling roles in rural or underserved geographic markets
• Experience with cold outreach and converting passive candidates
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Doximity and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload
