Advanced Product Manager
Job Summary
Thriving at the intersection of player empathy and analytical rigor, the full-time Advanced Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams in developing and managing product strategy, analytics, and live operations for a new online multiplayer RPG in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with various disciplines to craft and execute product features from concept through post-launch iteration
- Design and maintain telemetry systems and dashboards to derive actionable insights on player behavior and game health
- Oversee live operations, monitoring service health and implementing strategies to enhance player retention and engagement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Experience in shipping or operating a live game
- Hands-on experience designing telemetry systems and building dashboards
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data interpretation
