Advanced Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advanced Scrum Master to lead agile practices and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mature agile delivery by forming high-performing, cross-domain teams
- Enable cross-domain collaboration to remove impediments and optimize value flow
- Standardize and optimize agile practices, tools, and performance measures
Required Qualifications
- POS Point of Sale experience within a retail setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, or related discipline)
- Minimum 6+ years of IT and program management experience within Agile environments
- Strong expertise in Lean-Agile frameworks with advanced Agile certification(s) preferred
- Proven success in cross-functional program delivery and agile transformation initiatives
