Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer information to define an outcome-driven delivery plan
• Assess and translate technical and operational requirements to achieve desired customer outcomes
• Identify blockers and drive solutions to maintain engagement momentum and reduce time-to-value

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Experience with cloud/SaaS ecosystems such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google, Amazon S3, and Salesforce
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview
• Outstanding customer service mindset focused on achieving outcomes
