Advanced Services Engineer

Job Summary

To help customers maximize their Varonis investment, the full-time Advanced Services Engineer - Subject Matter Expert (SME) will deploy and integrate solutions, provide strategic guidance, and troubleshoot product-related issues both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate Varonis solutions within customer environments
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Lead remediation and optimization engagements while tracking and reporting on progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education with 3-5 years in a customer-facing role
• Deep expertise in AWS, including IAM policies and container services (EKS, ECS)
• AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Associate, or Professional) preferred
• Familiarity with cloud applications such as Box, GitHub, and Okta
• Exposure to security technologies and enterprise IT environments
