Job Summary
Guiding customers from intent to measurable outcomes, the full-time Advanced Services Engineer will implement and mature data security platforms while managing customer engagements primarily through remote support, with occasional onsite assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze information to define an outcome-driven delivery plan for customers
- Assess and translate technical and operational requirements to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage, track, and report on the progress of customer engagements, ensuring clear documentation of milestones and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with cloud/SaaS ecosystems such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Salesforce
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview
- Outstanding customer service mindset focused on achieving outcomes
