Advanced Software Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products, the full-time Advanced Software Architect will implement enterprise analytics best practices and support analytics development for global customers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare products
• Implement enterprise analytics best practices, data models, and AI analytics solutions for global teams
• Determine BI architecture and analytics best practices for delivering Solventum HIS products and customer solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• 3-5+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role designing scalable enterprise applications
• Experience building user-facing applications with embedded analytics and mentoring development teams
• Experience designing complex data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools like AWS Glue or Spark
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture in AWS and/or Azure, focusing on scalability and reliability
