Advanced Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Advanced to serve as a technical authority across multiple delivery pods.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and oversight for contractor engineering teams across 2-3 pods
• Author Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and enforce quality and architecture compliance
• Write code and maintain documentation while coordinating with Technical Program Managers on pod capacity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership
• Proven experience leading teams through complex, multi-system deliveries
• Strong architectural thinking and experience with technical design documents
• Deep proficiency in C#/.NET and modern backend service development in Azure
• Familiarity with event-driven distributed systems and React for frontend development
