Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is in need of a Advanced Sterilization Products Field Service Engineer 1 in Louisville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Determining cause(s), troubleshooting and taking corrective action
- Managinh all responsibilities of primary territory
- Partnerinh with sales and clinical education field team to deliver customer-focused high value business solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time
- Basic knowledge of office based computer programs such as Word, Excel and Access
- Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a Field Service environment
- Valid Drivers license is required
- Job duties require the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. to a height of four feet
