Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Support Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in customers' use of ETO, Apricot, and/or Penelope software
  • Regularly meet with customers to review open cases and issues
  • Provide ad-hoc coaching and training on ETO/Apricot best practices

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in relevant industry
  • Interest in technology and problem-solving independently
  • Passion for human services
  • Proficient in SAP Business Objects Reporting (preferred)
  • SQL knowledge and experience (preferred)
