Job Summary

Providing expert support for top-tier customers, the full-time Advanced Support Consultant II will manage customer interactions, resolve complex issues, and deliver training on ETO or Apricot software while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Become an expert in customers' business areas and software use, including customizations
  • Respond to customer inquiries to resolve unique problems promptly, adhering to service level agreements
  • Document client interactions and support internal team growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in technical support, consulting, or customer success
  • 2+ years of experience with ETO or Apricot software preferred
  • Proficient in SAP Business Objects Reporting and SQL
  • Experience utilizing Jira/Confluence, Intercom, and Salesforce/Financial Force
  • Working knowledge of nonprofit or public sector client verticals
