Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in ETO, Apricot, and/or Penelope software for customer support
  • Regularly meet with customers to review open cases and issues
  • Provide ad-hoc coaching and training on software best practices

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in technical support or customer success
  • Proficient in SAP Business Objects Reporting
  • SQL knowledge and experience
  • Interest in technology and problem-solving independently
  • Passion for human services and an infectious smile
