Job Summary

A company is looking for an Xfinity Home Advanced Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex customer issues related to Xfinity Home Security services
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and field technicians
  • Document customer interactions accurately and suggest process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in call center environments, particularly with billing and technical issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as Remedy
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
