Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advanced Tax Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction by creating tax initiatives tailored to client needs and aligning them with industry best practices
- Conduct health assessments of clients' tax profiles and develop remediation plans for controllable issues
- Identify gaps in payroll tax service delivery and provide input for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years related experience, or master's degree plus 3+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of U.S. payroll tax experience with knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
- Proven expertise in payroll tax reconciliations, including quarter-end and year-end balancing
- Experience registering employers with state and local tax agencies
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing support and issue resolution experience
