Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Troubleshooting Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting and analysis of complex issues across a large global enterprise environment
• Collaborate with peers and other technology experts across the firm
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an enterprise systems and/or networking role
• 4+ years of troubleshooting complex systems at an enterprise level
• 3+ years experience with observability tools such as Extrahop, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Wireshark
• Full understanding of IP, TCP, and UDP
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
