Advanced Voice Routing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Specialist - Advanced Voice Routing and Portability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis and troubleshooting for complex service orders and portability errors
• Investigate and resolve advanced voice routing and porting issues, collaborating with various teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert for escalations, providing support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of direct experience with mobile number porting and portability
• Experience in supporting mobile environments, preferably with Xfinity Mobile
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant work experience of 5-7 years preferred
