Advancement Officer, Individual Giving

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advancement Officer, Individual Giving who will manage donor relationships and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective donors, serving as a primary contact or support for internal leads
• Develop and execute tailored donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans
• Represent the organization at networking opportunities to identify and engage potential donors

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in engaging high net worth individuals and senior executives
• Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools
• Familiarity with the Google suite
