Advancement Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advancement Operations Manager to enhance systems and processes supporting its Advancement function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce as the primary system of record and ensure data integrity
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking pipeline activity and performance
• Support the Advancement team with tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance data usage

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce administration or advancement operations
• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including report building and data management
• Experience in supporting fundraising or advancement teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities
