Key Responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients and draft position profiles through in-depth listening and writing
• Develop a diverse candidate pool through extensive research and personalized outreach
• Cultivate and evaluate candidates, managing their progress through the search process and presenting them to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one to four years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in development and/or alumni relations is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and initiative to work independently
• Collaborative team orientation with a commitment to continuous learning
