Job Summary
Leading the advancement services function, the full-time Associate Director will manage data integrity, reporting, and prospect research while serving as the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud expert to enhance fundraising strategies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee data management, reporting, and analysis to support fundraising operations
- Act as the primary liaison between the Development and Tech teams for Salesforce-related needs
- Lead prospect research efforts and produce detailed donor profiles and reports
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of related fundraising experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant software tools
- Strong research skills applicable to fundraising contexts
- Experience managing administrative tasks, including record management and scheduling
