Job Summary
A company is looking for an Adventure Support Representative for a 6+ month contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line outfitter support via phone and email, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Facilitate member reservations and deliver premium customer experiences
- Assist internal teams with data entry and other ad-hoc projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Customer service experience is essential
- Open to working nights and weekends as scheduled
- Ability to understand and follow process flows while seeking improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Outfitters and team members
