Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adventure Support Representative for a 6+ month contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line outfitter support via phone and email, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
  • Facilitate member reservations and deliver premium customer experiences
  • Assist internal teams with data entry and other ad-hoc projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Open to working nights and weekends as scheduled
  • Ability to understand and follow process flows while seeking improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Outfitters and team members
