Advertising Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Advertising Review Analyst to ensure advertising and social media compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review advertising submissions for compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations
• Collaborate with the compliance team and marketing to address compliance concerns and improve advertising processes
• Serve as a liaison between the compliance and marketing teams, providing guidance on compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in advertising review within the financial services industry
• Broad knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and DOL regulations
• Experience with advertising-related compliance systems preferred
• Conversational understanding of Spanish is preferred
