Job Summary
To support a leading digital health company, the contract Advertising & Marketing Compliance Counsel will review high-volume marketing content for compliance with healthcare advertising regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review marketing and promotional materials for legal and regulatory compliance
- Advise on healthcare advertising regulations across various media
- Evaluate advertising claims and ensure they align with approved guidance and evidence
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
- 5+ years of legal experience in advertising, marketing, or healthcare regulatory matters
- Strong experience with healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or digital health marketing materials
- Familiarity with healthcare advertising regulations and industry guidance
- Ability to manage high-volume review work while balancing legal risk with business objectives
