Job Summary
To support the legal and compliance team of a leading digital health company, the part-time Advertising & Marketing Compliance Counsel will review high-volume marketing content for compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of marketing and promotional materials for legal and regulatory compliance
- Advise on healthcare advertising, marketing, and promotional regulations across various media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
- 5+ years of legal experience advising on advertising, marketing, or healthcare regulatory matters
- Strong experience reviewing healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or digital health marketing materials
- Experience evaluating advertising claims, substantiation, and promotional compliance
- Familiarity with healthcare advertising regulations and industry guidance
