Job Summary
Supporting the sales and marketing team, the full-time Advertising Coordinator will manage campaign performance reports, pitch event photography packages, and assist with print production while working remotely from New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and distribute weekly campaign performance reports for key accounts
- Proactively pitch event photography sales packages and write event recaps
- Support print production, including monitoring submissions and creating event schedules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred
- Proven background in marketing, client communications, and production
- Hands-on experience with event planning and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with the interior design or lifestyle industry is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic analytics reporting
