Advertising Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advertising Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and test ad creatives and tags, generate mock-ups for client approval
• Create and book ad campaign flighting schedules
• Communicate with clients regarding creative timelines, ad specs and requirements, campaign schedules, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, quality, and follow-through
• Prior experience working remotely a plus
• Experience in healthcare and/or advertising a plus
