Job Summary
Coordinating and executing high-volume advertising operations tasks, the full-time Advertising Operations Coordinator will manage client order processing, ensure workflow efficiency, and contribute to campaign automation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing complex advertising campaigns with a high degree of accuracy across various business lines
- Managing client order and revision entry, ensuring workflow continuity and operational support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in advertising operations or a related field
- Experience with order processing and campaign management
- Familiarity with data governance standards and compliance
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
