Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist (Media, Pharma Agency).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate campaign setup by gathering creative assets and technical specifications
  • Manage trafficking and setup by uploading and mapping creative assets into the ad server
  • Monitor and document performance, maintaining daily and weekly QA records for all campaign components
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations or related ad tech roles
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Google Campaign Manager (GCM) or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of tagging, pixel implementation, and campaign QA processes
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking and data validation
